    Can't speak for their customer service over the phone like the other reviewer but I can say this.

    Sausages are amazing - bring the peri peri ones back
    Dog bones an amazing deal, mine love them
    Meat seems fresh
    State when I have been there are friendly and seem happy to have my business, which isn't that common in this day and age.

    I choose to take my business elsewhere.
    Very impolite lady on the phone; I was asking a few more questions about a product, because I wanted to place a big order, but she didn't know the answer and chose to hang up on me when I asked her to verify.
    When I called back, she didn't let me finish my explanation about why I asked for more information, handed me over to the butcher himself, who answered the phone with a grunt.
